You can be holding it all together and still feel like you’re barely holding on.
I’m Dr. Stephanie Orbon, a licensed psychologist helping adults through anxiety, the transition to parenthood, trauma, and the moments that change us most.

From the outside, it may seem like you’re doing fine. You keep up with responsibilities, take care of the people around you, and get through each day. But underneath, you might be carrying more than anyone realizes—constant anxiety, sadness you can’t quite explain, grief that still shows up unexpectedly, or the exhaustion of always being the one everyone depends on. You don’t have to go through that by yourself, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out.
I’m Dr. Stephanie Orbon, a licensed psychologist in San Diego. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and the challenges that can come with pregnancy, parenthood, and family life. My goal is to provide a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re going through, and build the tools to feel more grounded, connected, and like yourself again.
Support built around the moments that change us.
Every person arrives with their own story. These are the areas I focus on most, and where clients often find the biggest shift.
Pregnancy & Postpartum
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, a difficult birth, intrusive thoughts, or simply don't feel like yourself, you don't have to go through it alone.
Anxiety
Break free from constant worry, overthinking, perfectionism, and the pressure to get everything right.
Trauma
Some experiences stay with us long after they're over. We work gently toward a place where the past no longer runs the present.
Relationships
Individual therapy for the relational patterns that leave you drained, resentful, or unsure how to ask for what you need.
Parenting
The mental load, the guilt, the pressure to do it all well. Parenting is relentless work, and it deserves real support.
Life Transitions
Career change, burnout, a divorce, a move, a loss. Change is disorienting even when you chose it, and we make room for who you're becoming.
Ready to Get Started?
The first step is simply a conversation. During a free consultation, we’ll talk about what you’re looking for, answer any questions you have, and decide whether working together feels like the right fit.
I provide secure virtual therapy for adults throughout California and Florida. Sessions are $275 for 55 minutes. I’m in-network with Lyra and Optum/UnitedHealthcare, and I can provide superbills if you’d like to use out-of-network insurance benefits.

Starting therapy shouldn't feel like a leap into the unknown.
