I’m Dr. Stephanie Orbon, a licensed psychologist in San Diego. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and the challenges that can come with pregnancy, parenthood, and family life. My goal is to provide a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re going through, and build the tools to feel more grounded, connected, and like yourself again.

The first step is simply a conversation. During a free consultation, we’ll talk about what you’re looking for, answer any questions you have, and decide whether working together feels like the right fit.

I provide secure virtual therapy for adults throughout California and Florida. Sessions are $275 for 55 minutes. I’m in-network with Lyra and Optum/UnitedHealthcare, and I can provide superbills if you’d like to use out-of-network insurance benefits.
